Celsius is committed to protecting its brand, products, and customers. We maintain a robust global portfolio of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, all of which are protected under applicable law.

Any attempt to reproduce, imitate, distribute, or digitally misuse Celsius intellectual property—including logos, trade dress, product packaging, website content, product images, videos, and marketing materials—is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.

We take enforcement seriously and actively monitor the marketplace for:

• Counterfeit products

• Unauthorized and illegal sales (including diverted inventory)

• Resale of expired or tampered Celsius products

• Lookalike and “passing off” products misrepresenting themselves as Celsius

• Misuse or unauthorized infringing use of Celsius brands and digital content

• Misleading or inaccurate product listings, descriptions, or claims online

• Fraud, phishing, or scams impersonating Celsius employees, affiliates, websites, or communications.

Our goal is to ensure the integrity, safety, and reputation of Celsius branded products, while protecting consumers from misleading, unsafe, or illegal goods.

Why Brand Protection Matters

When you buy counterfeit or unauthorized Celsius products:

❌ You may be consuming expired or tampered goods that pose serious health risks.
❌ You may be supporting illegal activity, including criminal networks and unethical manufacturing.

Help Us Fight Fakes

Celsius works closely with investigators, marketplaces, law enforcement, and partners around the world to detect and remove infringing products.

• Counterfeit Celsius energy drinks

• Expired or tampered Celsius products

• Misleading product listings pretending to be Celsius

• Fraud or scams pretending to be an Celsius employee or agent

• Infringement of Celsius photographs, videos, or marketing materials.

To help us take swift action, include:

• A link to the product or listing (if online)

• Photos of the item and packaging

• Seller name and/or location (if in-store or at a market)

• Any receipts, seller/product ID numbers, or order confirmations (if available).

Fraud or scams pretending to be a Celsius employee or agent

Fraudsters may impersonate well-known companies and brands like Celsius in an attempt to obtain money, financial information, or personal information. These scams can take many forms and may occur through email, text message, telephone, social media, mail, online advertisements, or other communications.

Scammers may use the Celsius name, trademarks, logos, employee names, or other information that appears legitimate. The unauthorized use of Celsius branding or the name of a Celsius employee does not mean that a communication is from or authorized by Celsius.

Be Alert for Potential Scams

Use caution if you receive an unexpected communication claiming to be from Celsius, particularly if the sender:

• Offers employment, compensation, promotional opportunities, or other payments without a customary application or verification process;

• Sends you a check and asks you to deposit it, keep a portion, or send some of the funds to another person or business;

• Asks you to purchase equipment, gift cards, advertising materials, vehicle graphics, or other goods or services using funds provided to you;

• Requests payment by wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, peer-to-peer payment service, or another difficult-to-reverse method;

• Requests bank account information, Social Security numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information;

• Pressures you to act immediately or discourages you from independently verifying the communication; or

• Communicates from an email address, website, social media account, telephone number, or other contact method that cannot be independently verified as associated with Celsius.

Employment and Recruiting

Celsius does not make employment offers through processes that require candidates to deposit checks, transfer money, purchase equipment with funds provided by Celsius, or send any portion of a payment to a third party.

Be cautious of anyone claiming to recruit on behalf of Celsius who asks you to provide sensitive financial information or make a payment as a condition of receiving an employment opportunity.

If you are contacted about a potential job with Celsius, independently verify the opportunity through Celsius’s official website and recruiting channels rather than using links or contact information provided in an unsolicited communication.

Protect Yourself

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to involve Celsius:

• Do not send money or provide sensitive personal or financial information.

• Do not deposit or cash an unexpected check or send any portion of the funds to another person or business.

• Do not click unfamiliar links or download unexpected attachments.

• Reach out to [email protected] to confirm the validity of the offer.

• If you believe you have been the target of fraud, consider reporting the matter to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and, where appropriate, to your financial institution or local law enforcement.
